Qualifications
Membership will be open to all persons owning or leasing property that abuts the Lake or has deeded lake rights as shown in a bona fide deed that is duly recorded in the Town of Wolcott, or persons having their principal place of residence at such property.

2025 MEMBERSHIP DRIVE & BOAT REGISTRATION BEGINS APRIL 1
Dues are established by the Board annually and are paid each calendar year.
- Dues are $175 for lakefront properties and for boat registrations;
- $50 for off-lake properties with deeded lake rights.
- Boat registration fee (plus dues) is $50 per each motorized craft.
Dues are used to manage the health of the lake through weed treatments and water testing, to pay insurance premiums, and to maintain the dam and valves. Dues are not used for social events. Events are supported separately through the Community Development Committee (CDC).

Dues and fees can be paid by check made out to "HLIA" or through PayPal options below. Registration forms can be completed online, emailed or mailed.

DUES and DONATIONS
Your membership and contributions are important to maintaining Hitchcock Lake.
HLIA is a 501 c4 non-profit.
If your payment account name and address are different from your property information please indicate that in your member registration form or send an email so your dues are allocated to the correct property.
CDC donations and Renew the Lake Fund donations can be made by check or sending a donation directly to HLIA in your PayPal account.

Be sure to select your dues option from the drop down before selecting a payment button. Use the "Checkout" option to pay by credit card. Venmo may note to return to website to complete transaction but it should accept payment and close out without additional action needed. Check your transactions to make sure payment goes through.
